We created architectural and engineering plans tailored to the project’s commercial needs—balancing functionality, accessibility, and aesthetics. The site design included ADA-compliant access, hammerhead turnarounds, loading zones, and optimized parking.

The project required coordination between McClellan Park’s private development authority and the City of Sacramento. Our team led all zoning research, regulatory interpretation, and cross-agency communication to align differing codes and standards.

We delivered a full plan set: architectural blueprints, structural calculations, and integrated MEP designs. These documents met all requirements under the California Building Code and Title 24, expediting the approval process.

Thanks to proactive planning and regulatory insight, our team secured approval on the first submission—saving valuable time and avoiding costly redesigns. This allowed the client to move forward with construction immediately and confidently.
