Our team began with a detailed review of the site at Reynolds Way, Sacramento. We analyzed zoning requirements, parcel size (22,216 sq. ft.), and client goals to design a facility optimized for cannabis production, processing, and storage.
We developed a two-story, 8,400 sq. ft. building with a 4,200 sq. ft. footprint, integrating functional layouts for cultivation, processing, and secure storage areas. The design included ADA accessibility, fire sprinkler systems, and efficient circulation for both staff and materials.
Our architects coordinated with engineering teams to connect plumbing and electrical systems to existing site utilities. Industrial-grade finishes and mechanical layouts were specified to support durability, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance with California Title 24 standards.
We guided the project through Sacramento’s permitting process, ensuring all plans met city zoning, safety, and environmental requirements. Site improvements included new pavement, landscaping, and parking (4 standard + 1 ADA) to fully align with local codes.
