Global Arch Construction (GAC) is a full-service design-build company based in Roseville, California. We offer a rare combination of licensed architectural design and professional construction services all under one roof. Unlike most companies that specialize in only one phase of a project, we bring together architects, engineers, project managers, and builders who work as one team — from concept to completion.
Whether you're building a custom home, remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, converting a garage, or designing and constructing an ADU, our in-house team manages every phase of the process. We handle design, permitting, construction, and inspections — so you don’t have to juggle multiple contractors or firms.
Our founder, Alexandru Colta, is both an architect and a builder. He launched Global Arch Construction with the vision of making the construction process easier, clearer, and more reliable for homeowners and investors alike. We prioritize transparency, communication, and results. Your vision becomes our mission — and we work hard to bring it to life with respect for your time, your home, and your budget.
GAC is a licensed and insured California contractor (License #1058444). Our team follows OSHA-compliant safety practices and maintains clean, professional job sites from start to finish.
