How We Brought This Project to Life
Design-Build from Concept to Permits
We partnered with architects and engineers to redesign the space around an open-kitchen concept. Our team handled all submittals, inspections, and approvals—preserving key structural elements to speed up permitting and reduce costs.
Strategic Demolition & Smart Layout Framing
The old kitchen and bar were selectively demolished to make way for new walls, dining nooks, and ADA-compliant access paths. The updated layout improved flow and created visual connection between kitchen and guests.
Core System Upgrades
We installed new plumbing, gas, electrical, and HVAC systems tailored to the demands of a commercial kitchen and bar. Fire suppression systems and hood ventilation were upgraded and passed inspection on the first review.
Kitchen, Bar & Dining Experience Redefined
A new open-view cooking line and fully built-out bar deliver both function and flair. Custom cabinetry, ambient lighting, and built-in seating enhance the space. ADA-compliant restrooms were also fully remodeled for accessibility and guest comfort.
