Concept & Planning

We began with a full assessment of the existing space and zoning requirements. The goal was to reimagine the unit into a functional showroom and office while addressing ADA accessibility upgrades and creating a customer-friendly flow.

Architectural Design

Our team developed complete floor plans, restroom layouts, and storefront elevations. The design included ADA-compliant unisex bathrooms, door signage, push-plate hardware, and showroom enhancements with glass storefronts and branded finishes.

Engineering & Construction

We integrated prefabricated metal stairs, balcony railing details, and MEP systems into the architectural design. Construction included framing updates, new finishes, and accessibility improvements to ensure durability, safety, and customer comfort.

Permitting & Delivery

We managed the Sacramento permitting process, securing approvals for Title 24 energy standards, fire safety, and occupancy compliance. The project was delivered on schedule, resulting in a fully operational, modern showroom and office ready for business use.
