How We Brought This Project to Life
Designing for Rural Functionality
We created a simple yet elegant one-story layout featuring a bedroom, kitchen with dining, family room with vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, and laundry area—ideal for independent living in a rural setting.
Full-Scope Plan Development
Our team delivered a full residential blueprint set, including architectural elevations, structural framing, and detailed sections. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts were coordinated to ensure functionality and ease of construction.
Engineering for Site & Code
We handled foundation and framing calculations, septic and utility connections, and grading plans. Drainage, erosion control, and stormwater details were designed to meet local environmental and building standards.
Permit-Ready and Approved
All plans were developed in accordance with the 2022 California Building Codes, including Title 24 and CALGreen standards. We also managed the city coordination process to streamline permit submission and ensure timely approval.
