How We Brought This Project to Life
Reimagining the Layout
Our design team restructured the first floor into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, added a redesigned entry terrace, and created a natural flow with expanded family areas and improved storage.
Expanding Upward
A new 957 sq. ft. second story introduced a luxurious master suite with private deck, walk-in closet, spa bath, plus a guest suite and laundry. A spiral staircase connected both levels, adding visual impact and efficient circulation.
Strengthening the Structure
We engineered supports for the second floor, removed load-bearing walls, introduced strategic beams and framing for new rooflines, and delivered a structurally sound plan for long-term performance—all fully code compliant.
Enhancing the Exterior & Site
The exterior gained modern stucco finishes, decorative balconies, larger windows, and redesigned rooflines, while terraced stone retaining walls and integrated planters stabilized the slope and elevated curb appeal.
