How We Brought This Project to Life
Understanding the Land
We began with a detailed topographic site analysis to design a slope-adaptive layout. This minimized grading, preserved oak trees, and ensured stability on the steep terrain.
Designing the Vision
Our architects developed a modern minimalist aesthetic with clean lines, expansive curtain wall glass, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections. The layout integrates the garage, kitchen, and master suite on the upper level, with guest suites, gym, sauna, and lounge flowing to the pool deck below.
Engineering for Strength
To support the hillside, our engineers designed tiered foundations, retaining walls, and subdrain systems. Structural steel and long-span beams allowed open interiors with uninterrupted glazing. Drainage and waterproofing systems protect both the home and natural slope.
