Clearing the Way for Modern Living
We began with careful demolition to uncover opportunity.
Over 180 feet of walls and outdated elements were removed to allow for an entirely new flow, including open kitchens, new bathrooms, and added laundry rooms.
Strengthening the Skeleton

We rebuilt over 490 feet of interior framing, correcting alignment, bracing, and mechanical clearance issues to ensure both safety and layout flexibility for the decades ahead.
Upgrading What’s Behind the Walls
Outdated systems were replaced with safe, efficient infrastructure.
From knob-and-tube wiring to corroded pipes, everything was upgraded: we installed modern electrical wiring, PEX and ABS plumbing, GFCI/AFCI protection, and new venting and shutoff systems.
